Cancellation

You can only cancel your order if the order has not shipped yet. Once the order is in the mail system we cannot cancel the order.

We accept returns within 7 days upon delivery.
The product should be returned in its original condition (new & unused with packaging material).
* All SALE items are FINAL sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange except when the item is defective.

If the item is defective by any chance, we will ship out new product (if available) shipping cost will be paid by Studio Eloise.


If you changed your mind or size you chose is not right, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Please please email us and consult about the sizing before you purchase if you’re unsure about which size to get. We’ll try to get back to you ASAP.

  • Sale items as well as custom order items are final sale.

  • Exchange item will be shipped as soon as we receive the returned item in its original condition.

  • Unfortunately Studio Eloise can’t be responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. Please contact USPS or your local postal service about the lost, damaged packages or prolonged deliveries. If you’re placing a particularly large order or you can’t trust the postal service 100%, you can contact us to discuss purchasing insurance add on for the delivery.
